This was my first time eating your food. I liked the burger a lot.

Elite fries and chips. Bit too much lettuce on lettuce burger tho.

I wish I could gift zero stars I ordered the burger bar boxes through EZ cater for a 20 person professional luncheon and it was one of the worst ordering experiences I have ever had. I simply ordered on EZ cater 3 boxes and expected the process to be simple. Then the owner (or someone) called me sounding very confused and asking me all sorts of questions. I kept telling them, “I want it EXACTLY as advertised!” In the little red boxes with all the cooked burgers in a pan, the buns in a pan, the toppings in the little containers in the RED BOX. They were still confused as if they never heard about these boxes before. I almost canceled the almost $300 order and the man assured me it will be fine. I walked in at 11:30 (with my presentation being at NOON) and they had the order INCORRECT!! Nothing was packaged, the red boxes were nowhere to be seen and they were giving me uncooked burgers. I managed to explain this was already paid for and I NEED to be at the hospital for a presentation at 12. I am currently sitting in the store and my order is not ready, and now I am going to be late for a professional presentation. I am furnish and will never come here again. I will also tell me colleagues to never order catering from here again.

As far as price goes, it's on par with all the other burger chains. But the quality of the burgers were disappointing. Everything is just a big soggy mess, the buns are squished and the fries are not crispy at all. The few visits I've experienced overly salted foods to almost being unedible. Quite disappointed as the menu offers great burger selections, just wished they took more care in preparing their food. Service: Dine in
