West Cork - Skibbereen

My time at the West Cork Hotel, and in Skibbereen, was wonderful. The staff, particularly a handsome Hungarian gentleman at the front desk, were welcoming and helped make my stay very positive. The hotel was beautiful and my room provided me with a great sleep and a comfortable stay in an ideal location. Considering that I was traveling alone, during the quiet days between Christmas and New Years, I found myself enjoying the charm of a small town that punches well above its weight. Great food (The Chrurch), great shopping (Field’s, and others), great pubs, and more. I hope to visit Skibbereen and The West Cork again in the near future. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Room was comfortable and lovely, staff very friendly and helpful, location was perfect for seeing Skibbereen and the surrounding towns. We only had the restaurant breakfast but service was fast and food was delicious. Will come again

Super centrally located. Very delicious food in the restaurant. All employees are friendly and attentive. There's West Cork whiskey at the bar.

We had an accommodation issue that was swiftly resolved thanks to Beatriz. The dinner was excellent, breakfast was OK but the staff were very lovely. On-site parking was a plus.

The room was great and the bathroom was renovated. However, the food was not great at all. Need to improve if they want to have customer on site. Strange the catering staff members on the floor recommend the church restaurant. The staff were helpful.
