Stoop Your Head - Skerries

We had lunch at the Stoop your head in a lovely Saturday. We were able to get a table without a reservation although the restaurant looked quite busy so I would recommend to book at table. We got the soup of the day (veg), fish pie, seafood chowder. Everything was delicious, especially the seafood chowder. I would also recommend the chocolate cake which look delicious but unfortunately we were too full to eat it. Service was excellent. We spent 66 euros. Recommended!

Finally a place that when it has Pavlova on the menu it is indeed a Pavlova; not a meringue nest with filling. Excellent Espresso Martini, one of the best I've had. Tasty seafood chowder, Salt Pepper Squid and Baked Salmon with Seaweed Butter. We were walk in, so no tables available but ample seating at the bar. Friendly service, we had three different servers and all lovely.

Staff very welcoming and food fresh and tasty. We heard about this place and couldn’t get a table on line. Called in to see if any chance of seating us, and yes we got sorted, yippee.

Love this place. Lovely fish dishes fresh from the sea. Lots of food options including a good steak. Lovely atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. :
