Jen Bao Chinese Takeaway

The food is consistently good and always served hot! This takeaway is one of the few options in the area, so I can understand that delivery times may occasionally be delayed. However, after using their service for over a year, I've learned to order my food earlier than I actually want it. The gentleman who answers the phone is very friendly and always addresses any questions I may have. Unfortunately, I am not sure if they have multiple delivery drivers, but I have encountered one Asian delivery person who was quite rude. He is one of the most impatient and discourteous individuals I’ve met, which is why I’m deducting a star from my rating. He seems to expect customers to adjust to his schedule rather than providing good service.

This restaurant has received a low star rating, which is surprising. We've been ordering from here for years, and as vegetarians, we find the tofu to be delicious, with plenty of fresh vegetables in our meals. The fried noodles are also fantastic! Keep up the great work!

The food from here is excellent; it’s always hot and arrives exactly when requested. When ordering for ASAP delivery, the estimated time is always accurate. I can’t understand the low ratings, as we've never experienced any issues. The portion sizes are also quite generous!
