We have the possibility to here 19 clock on a regular Wednesday without reservation. most tables were empty, including the bar and the introduction tables. it took a good 5 minutes to come for someone and welcome us to say that it was booked all night. we asked that because the place seemed empty, just to say that we could have a drink in the bar. we came to sashimi, so we asked if we could eat in the bar. he had to go and ask if this was a possibility, so we sat on the big round table next to the bar and the hostess pulled her feet back and said that we could eat there too. then we had to ask for the menu. they believe that this would be the first thing they would offer next to something water. then we asked if they had gluten-free soy sauce as we had zöliakie, they pulled their feet back and asked their colleagues to come back and say that they actually do it, except that they did not. it contains wine. that was our task to go. I can't check what I'm sure is fantastic, but the service is abysmal. my friend went so far to say that she never felt so involuntary. come on! with these privileged views and location, they can better than this! we ended up to the sushi square in skellefteå torget (Japanese taste, led by wonderful people who were extremely polite). just because a place has failed doesn't mean it's okay.

Tried to go here for an important business dinner and just ended up embarrassed. Super disorganized, took 4 hours to get through 3 dishes.... the bartender refused to make a drink for my customer, an old fashioned the waitress had to ask five times and it took over an hour to finally get it. Not once did the manager try to help any of the staff... I will not be coming here nor sponsoring any of my company 's events here.. I suggest you do the same till they get their act together.

Really delicious dishes in the best settings in the city. and definitiw with the best views!

Very recommended restaurant. small dishes prepared with high detail and fantastic taste. personally, very helpful presented food at high level and can be served well combined with eating. this place must be visited if ever spend time in the opposite. prices, yes it is high, but still highly recommended.
