The food came quickly. The fries were hard and dry. The Whopper was good until I got to the salad, knew right away that it wasn't iceberg lettuce but arugula. Arugula has nothing to do in a Whopper. Ruined the whole dining experience. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Have shopped here 5 or 6 times in the last year, and every single time it has unfortunately been a bad experience. The food is perfectly fine, as you can expect at BK. But there has been incorrect delivery, waiting time of 30 minutes at the drive-in even on a quiet day, lack of information that something is sold out even if you have paid, lack of preparation of pre-order via app, etc., etc. No apology or polite comments from the staff when error was pointed out. Won't be back for a long time, even though this is the closest burger outlet from where we live and we wish we could support businesses in the neighborhood. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
