A quality that also in Italy is difficult to find. The ingredients are fresh, they come from the best cities and are used perfectly. We ordered a burrata, creamy, a Amatrician with fresh egg pasta and a spectacular daisy pizza. The owner and chef immediately realized we were Italian and in two jokes made us feel at home, even putting Italian songs on request, including Lucio Dalla, Gino Paoli and Edoardo Vianello. This restaurant is really a small piece of Italy in Agistri, where you really feel the atmosphere of Italian food. Very recommended, thank you Vincenzo!
