Starbucks - SKAGWAY

I love the crew great bunch of people make it easy for me to get my coffee and it's always correct.

So I have been working in Fremont, NE for about 6 months and the morning crew at this Starbucks has been absolutely wonderful. I come in every weekday before 7AM to the entire crew cheerfully greeting me which gets my day off to a great start. They have my order memorized and it's always done to perfection. I am truly grateful for their kindness which has made working in Fremont a great experience.

I would rate this restaurant a 5, but I had a disappointing experience with one of the managers. While I was in the drive-thru, she informed me that my order wasn't ready and asked me to pull up front so they could bring it out to me. I ended up waiting 20 minutes without receiving anything, not even a drink. When I went inside, the manager was no longer there. However, the woman behind the counter was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to help me. It's unfortunate that one management person's actions marred what could have been a perfect review! I can't indicate that it was a drive-thru experience below, but that's what it was.

On Saturday morning, I arrived during the busy rush and noticed there were over 15 people waiting. There was a trainee at the register, along with about six staff members behind the counter. They did an impressive job coordinating and assisting each other—it was truly a sight to behold. I'm really glad I came. They have a wonderful team working here!

This location is consistently bustling, yet my food and drinks are always ready when I arrive. The baristas are friendly and greet you, even if you're just stopping by for a pickup order. The store is also well-maintained. I will definitely keep coming back!
