Bistro Fregate - Six-Fours-les-Plages

We enjoy this restaurant. there is a nice menu and the staff is very friendly. because it is on the beach, it is easy to eat the afternoon and enjoy the sun. we were also in the evening, and it is. so beautiful. I would recommend this restaurant. make sure to book how it is occupied.

We kelebrait aa friends 30 years high time annaversy in this fantastic restaurant on the beach. the service was high quality, eating excellent both in presentation, quality and taste. After a fantastic custom dessert we had cafe aveq and cigars in the L'eden...Bar on top with views of the coast. in comparison to the price this place gives a great value for the money.

The restaurant serves hearty appetizers in a chic and very friendly atmosphere. the rosé wine in this region is one of the best they could ever drink (e.g. bandol,) and the restaurant has good offers. they did the right demands after our decisions. the personal. is very pro. the tables and the space between them are quite large, and the chairs are so comfortable. everything is made for them to enjoy one of the best meals in their lives. at the end we had a walk in the night along the sea. perfect.

We decided to have a drink at the beach side bar and liked the location so we stayed for lunch, eating at a table in the open air bar area,not the restaurant as such. The lobster with the tagliatelle and lobster sauce was great ..so fresh, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The steak with the Pave d' Affansois cheese was a real treat with the flavour of the cheese a perfect match with the steak cooked a point Usually I only order a plain grilled steak, but on this occasion I'm so glad I didn't as I would have missed out on a great dining experience. Service was good as was the wine by the glass.

Cadre super agréable, friendly staff, excellent eating. the lunch menu of the day, a fillet-loup and filet de porc both were cooked for perfection. the gloomy, a café-gourmand was also very good.
