The restaurant review is as follows: Awful experience, the room cleaning was poor. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, the receptionist told us that the staff was not available every day. The balcony was covered in cobwebs and leftover food from previous guests. Despite requesting a specific room type, they told us they had no record and gave us a standard room instead. They also made fun of us when we mentioned our deposit payment. Flies entered the room easily due to a lack of mosquito nets on the windows and doors. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

I must say, my experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. Despite making a reservation and sending a deposit a month prior, we arrived to find that our reservation had not been recorded. The restaurant was using paper reservations and had mistakenly discarded ours. We were then placed in a dirty room with a balcony covered in spider webs, as the room we had requested was not available. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, we were told that the cleaning staff was not working that day. To make matters worse, we waited an excessively long time for our food at dinner and found the prices to be exorbitant. I will not be returning to this establishment.

The rooms have recently been renovated and are clean and spacious. The natural surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed the food. The experience would be even better if some environmental issues were resolved. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Great Place to stay. It is a family owned business. The son speaks good English. They have a private beach where you can swim in the lake Hazar, source of the Tigris. The rooms are comfortable, the food is very good, and the staff is friendly. A very good place to relax and be far away from everything.
