Ordered from Ferry’s after 30 mins late i tried to reach out to them. However their phone is disconnected? Canceled the order via Uber Eats. Any business who has the phone not answered/ connected is terrible. Donot order from them

I asked for food through uber eats and they never delivered even though in the app showed that the food was in the way to my house. They did not answer the inquires through uber eats app and did not answer the phone. They got my money and I am still waiting for them to contact me to explain what happened. Besteld via Uber eats, zou tussen 19:30 en 19:50 komen. 20:20 nog niks. Uiteindelijk hebben we ergens anders moeten bestellen en deze geannuleerd. Nooit gekomen. Telefoonnummer klopt niet. HIER NIET BESTELLEN

We ordered food online. The food never arrived. We tried to call many times and no one answered. Sometimes the phone would simply hang up. We never got our food. Luckily we got our money back from Uber Eats! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Service: 1

Echt hele slechte service. we hadden om 16.40 besteld en om 18.38 was het eten er nog niet. de bezorgtijd werd ook niet aangepast en telefonisch contact nou daar werd gewoon niet opgenomen.. eten is nooit aangekomen.. hopen dat we ons geld terug krijgen..
