Japones Aki - Sitges

I truly don’t understand all those positive reviews. Maybe it’s because of the Covid, but the place is a mess. Dreadful experience bad food and bad service. 2 adults and 3 kids 111Euros no deserts.

We came in for dinner, looking forward to some good japanese food. We were the only people in the restaurant. I noticed in the beginning that the menus had a different name on them, and that rang some bells.. We ordered croquettes with ham (not fish like we wanted to order, because the waiter said they would take too long), rice dish and sushi. First came the croquettes, they tasted very bad, had a sour taste to them, we ate only 1, the rice dish was very plain and was ok, then the sushiroll came. And it was spit-out bad. The salmon had gone bad. We complained and the waiter argued and got very mad. So we just stood up to pay the bill to leave, she continued to argue and then finally settled to take the sushi off the bill. We left as fast as we could and then took some shots next door so we wouldn´t get stomach problems. This experience wouldn´t have been so bad if the waiter hadn´t argued with us and accused us of lying. Would NOT recommend.

I've visited before so was looking forward to going back and it really didn't let me down... food and service stunningly good.The duck terriyake was amazing as was the spicy tuna.The lady owner is great fun and charming hostess

Menjar boníssim i al preu que t'esperes per ser un japonès. Heu probar la tempura de carxofa i de llagostins. Bon Seri.

Estábamos cenando y comimos uno de los tres menos que tienen. un trato súper agradable y rápido. El lugar está bien y cómodo. la comida es buena y con una buena presentación, aunque el arroz con camarones para mi gota era totalmente suave y goteo corto.
