Zula Istanbul - Sisli

The food is pretty good, the atmosphere is nice, but the staff are rude as hell, I went to wash my hands after I finish and after that I went straight to the cashier to pay and she ignored me for sometime while I was trying to get her attention to the fact I’m trying to pay but no she was on her phone scrolling didn’t even ask me to wait for a second or apologized just straight up ignorance. Also the table in front of had a family and they asked to take the leftover fries for take away the waiter agreed and then went to the kitchen and threw the fries on the trash and told the customer he did it by mistake. So 1 star for the customer service as they should really work on it and show some basic level of respect at least.

Overall, it was a good restaurant. The waiter though, started removing plates from our table when we were about to finish and we were not taking too long to eat at all, but the restaurant started to get more crowded but, that doesn't make it accessible.

Nice place for a burger in Istanbul. The Fake Mac is amazing. The buyer size is a little small, take 2 if your hungry

Small shop. Very busy. Did not like this meal. Burgers are drenched in sauce and looks good but taste is not there. Portions are not a lot, meat is not a lot. Price though, is wild. Almost $45usd for 3 burgers and 2 fries. Found way better tasting burgers in Besiktas or Asian side. Not sure why this place is so popular

Warm spot in sisli, the burger was fine but i had better and the fries was so good.
