I typically like this place...however this trip was very disappointing. We saw the **** Mary Special for $5 (It was a Saturday). We requested a simple swap of Gin for the Vodka. We were charged an additional $2.25 on each of the Marys for the upgrade and they rang up 2 Red Snappers instead of the **** Mary Special. After speaking with a manager, they wanted to justify their extra charge after no communication about the difference was mentioned between ordering and paying. If we had been told there would be an extra charge prior to receiving the bill, it wouldn 't have been an issue. The server even mentioned how they were just doing what the bartender told them to do. Pretty lame they didn 't bother to share that information with us. Not one place I 've been to has been so hard up to pinch a couple extra bucks from their patrons. The food was good. Communication within the service was not good. Normally, they 're 4 stars...but 2 stars this time.

We got takeout here a few days ago.Sidewinder fries were cooked perfectly but had zero seasoning they try to upsell the dips for this reason i guess. I wish we had gotten the attic fries because it seems like they at least have ranch powder.The burgers were good but as the other reviews state, this place definitely undercooks their burger by at least one full level by american standards. If you want a medium burger, order it VERY well done. I ordered medium well and it came out medium rare which was just at the threshold of edible for me.I would have enjoyed it a lot more if it had been cooked the way I wanted.People working there are nice but I just don't understand how many more reviews they need to collect which say the exact same thing about undercooked burgers before they adjust their cooking/checking for doneness protocol.Also, the online ordering page needs to allow you a place to specify how well you want it cooked. There is literally no place in the entire order page where you can specify this . So if you do want to order online be prepared that it will be cooked to their standard of medium; which is raw beef for most people.

Great food and service, relaxed atmosphere with lots of space.

Wanting to order food came in and the host told me to go to the bar I sat for 10 minutes but no one even greeted me so I got up and left never tried the west side but love the east side location guess I will just drive the distance from now
