Subway - Sioux Falls

The restaurant was very clean and pleasantly cool inside. I assume it was the manager who assisted us, and they were very polite.

I placed an online order, but my sandwich was incorrect. However, when I took it back in, they quickly fixed the issue and were incredibly helpful and friendly. I'm really happy with the outcome!

You can't go wrong here. There are great deals and fantastic healthy options. The food tastes amazing! I also love the smell of fresh bread as soon as you walk in.

This place is dirty. There was dust on the glass over the veggies. The back of the register was dirty, the part to the customers. They didn't even have a carpet to suck up the water from the snow on people's shoes, so the floor was wet throughout the store. Since I ate, I had nausea and the next day diarrhea. I will not return to this place. The first time there and last time.

The staff was extremely informative, but the sandwich was a great disappointment. Not because of everything Subway did wrong. It was our decision to try the new garlic cheese. The topping was so overwhelming that it took over the whole taste.
