Roam Kitchen - Sioux Falls

We had dinner in the restaurant, which is situated in the Empire Mall area in the southwestern part of Sioux Falls. The menu includes traditional items such as steaks and burgers but also some interesting items from the fire, including rotisserie chicken and beef brisket. We had some very good food with service to match. Prices were reasonable and we really enjoyed our dinner in this restaurant.

Passing through on our way to Mt. Rushmore. Everything we had was excellent. Super friendly staff. Our server Sarah was the best. Highly recommend!!

ROAM was the perfect spot for my husband and I to go. We love good BBQ and this place had it.Usually brisket at places can be really fatty but they put the best portions on my sandwich and their side of mac and cheese was amazing!Husband loved the Cubano with the side of red skinned mashed potatoes.Drinks were amazing and will definitely need to come in for more of the Maple Bourbon.And to top all of that off, the brownie dessert with the Bourbon Caramel Sauce had no business being that good!We will definitely be coming back.

We love Roams! We go there to eat in person most of the time and didn't realize we could have it delivered until I checked out Grubhub's site this evening. So glad you deliver for them. We love their food!

We made reservations in hopes that would make our dining experience quicker but it didn’t. We got our drinks and ordered our meals right away with no appetizers. It took 40 minutes for our meals to come out and they were all lukewarm, at best. The maple bourbon Brussels sprouts, which I was most excited about, had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Our kids ordered pasta with red sauce and the portion was ridiculously small for $6.95, which included no side. It was in a cup the size that they serve for a side of Mac and cheese that’s $2.50 so no idea why they charge almost $7 when it’s for a kid. Our kids left upset and hungry. Our server was kind but when we questioned our bill because of the added sides, the manager couldn’t even be bothered to come and talk with us.Kid-friendliness: The kids meal portions were NOT enough! The pasta with red sauce came in a cup the size of a side of Mac and cheese yet you charge $6.95 for that with no included side. Our kids left hungry, which has never happened with any other kids meals we’ve ordered in other restaurants. Extremely disappointing!
