Their Paradise cocktail was amazing. I always have decent service and the food is always good

Our waitress decided to sit down at a booth and talk with her friends three different times while we had to wait 20 minutes to even be acknowledged? and then when I asked for a refill of their fries, they brought half of a handful out lol

Came here with my family and everyone got sick afterwards. My wife and I both ordered impossible burgers and they tasted weird and were sponge like. We eat impossible burgers all the time because we both are vegan. All of our food was cold. This is why they make you get a food handlers permit to even serve food at all in other states, and it should be that way here because clearly you don?t know what it is you are doing back there. Our server was rude, and mentioned she had been working there for 4 years, which is when I think this location opened. It was very good when they first opened and the service used to be amazing. Our server wanted my sister to leave her stroller in the lobby so it wasn?t in anyones way, which it wasn?t. Then she had an attitude with all of us the entire time she served us. Our refilled fries were so bad I couldn?t even eat them.

The food was pretty good. It hit the spot, and I felt fine after. For the price, I would like my burgers to be a little larger or more gourmet. 2 burger meals were 40 dollars... I think 20-25 would be more appropriate. Also the environment was a bit cold and dark. I was a bit uncomfortable the whole time because I was chilly.

Garbage, been there 3 times since they opened in Sioux falls. Once when they opened like right away, gave them the benefit of the doubt. Tried it 2 more times their fries are always greasy and bad. The burgers are just okay. Service has always been slow. Maybe if they hire new people and try to uphold the redrobin name more then it'd be better. Edit (11-22) Went back just cause of the denato's pizza special. I am pleasantly surprised with the customer service and food experience this time around. They have truly gotten alot better. The burgers were cooked right, the pizza was actually pretty good. Their whiskey river BBQ sauce on the wings and burger is pretty good as well. I would go again.
