Minerva's Sioux Falls

It was not crowded to enter, they gave us our table quickly, the waitress was always attentive to our concerns, we arrived at lunch time, we enjoyed the salad bar, having the opportunity to have two options of soups, seafood and tomato, I I decided on the seafood one, delicious, later I ordered the tomato one, for me it tasted very sweet hehe, calm, refined atmosphere. The cost is the same as any place where you want to eat delicious food. I will return to taste their dinner menu.

Minerva's gets a 5 star rating from us. Our guests were from Georgia and they love Minerva's also.

This is the best salad bar in Sioux Falls, and the service is exceptional. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, and they are very polite. Definitely worth leaving a big tip!

My wife and I celebrate many occasions here. Our most recent was a 19th wedding anniversary. They brought us a free desert after our excellent meal. Very appreciated.

This place is truly incredible! The food was outstanding. My fiancé ordered the chicken entrée, and it was cooked to perfection with amazing flavors. Our waiter, Roger, was a delight to chat with—very respectful and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with dim lighting and oldies playing in the background. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their evening. I will definitely be returning soon. Make sure to ask for Roger; he’s fantastic!
