Boss' Pizza Chicken Sf West

We created our own pizza...Alfredo sauce, Philly steak, and cheese. Was awesome!

We love Boss’s pizza and order quite regularly from the Sioux Falls West location. That’s why I’m disappointed with my experience today. We ordered 1 medium pizza and 1 lg pizza using the online app. They accidentally made both pizzas a medium. My husband picked up the pizzas, so he didn’t know what sizes were ordered. I noticed the mistake once he got home and called the store. They said all they could do for me was make me a large and have me drive back to pick it up. They also told me I had to return the medium one that they made by mistake. I totally understand that mistakes happen, but frustrated that there was no apology or compensation for having to make another trip to the store.

This place sent us an app to receive a 50 percent off our first order , after downloading the app they will not honor the agreement? Stephanie the manager tells me that 5 other people have called in there order and they will not accept the 50 percent off either and was extremely rude . Do not download the app Stephanie says . Never again on this place

I ordered food through DoorDash, but they couldn't find a delivery driver before the restaurant closed. I called to explain the situation, and the gentleman I spoke with said he would try to help me. However, we got disconnected, and I was still not making any progress with DoorDash. Just when I thought all hope was lost, I heard a knock at my door. To my surprise, the gentleman I spoke with had taken it upon himself to deliver my food, likely on his way home. It arrived hot and delicious. Thank you for going above and beyond! My family and I truly appreciated it.

I walked in and ordered food, only to be told it would take 25 minutes for two sandwiches and some fries. An hour later, we still hadn’t received anything. I needed to use the restroom, which required walking through the kitchen—what a sight that was! It was clearly unsanitary, with bread dough stored in black garbage bags and flies buzzing around it. This is definitely not the Boss's Pizza we were promised! The level of professionalism here is lacking; one staff member even spent time talking about how his sister is the general manager. Out of the whole group, Juan seemed the most qualified. Unfortunately, this experience ruined our evening in Sioux Falls. This establishment needs better management, and I'm shocked it passes any health inspections!
