Arby's - Sioux Falls

The value for money at Arby's has become excessive. While some staff members try to provide good customer service, many others seem indifferent and treat requests for changes as an inconvenience.

I tried the Diablo Chicken and the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, and they were just average at best!

I really appreciate the recent renovations they've made to the restaurant. The food was delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was served. In the past, my biggest complaint about this place was the slow service, but this time the food was ready just as I finished bringing our four drinks to the table.

It was quite busy! The weather outside was lovely for fall. I ordered milkshakes (which were delicious and beautifully presented), sliders, and fries. Unfortunately, they no longer offer potato cakes, which would have been a disappointment if I had expected them. It was too late to change my order. I called to let them know I didn't receive the fries, but the staff already knew about the issue; they were ready and fresh but got overlooked in the busy drive-thru. The manager quickly responded by offering me a complimentary full meal via email. I'm very satisfied with this restaurant and will continue to be a loyal customer. Great job – I highly recommend this place!

I visited Arby's and noticed a young girl behind the counter who was wiping between her legs while discussing pickle juice. She was not in uniform, and the camera footage is unclear. I believe this issue needs to be addressed. The incident occurred between 2:15 and 2:45 PM on April 11, 2023.
