Costco Wholesale

Customer service condescending and rude. Horrible customer service, just wanted to ask a question. Anyone else there very polite except for Customer service. I think Costco needs to train them on good customer service etiquette. Be respectful., this the second time they have been rude. Again, other non customer service employees there are very polite.

I don't like the arrangement of the check out areas. It is very awkward to shop for snacks without disrupting the check out lines. They greatly reduced the wait when they opened an additional lane.

We love Costco, we love all the organic and sustainable options and do a lot of our regular shopping there. We also like the sale prices. I recently walked through a similar store in our town and was very disappointed with just the insane amount of low quality, high processed options and at reinforced what a great store Costco Sioux Falls is.

Glad we have a Costco. They seldom get items that you can get at other stores in other states. This store never has the gluten free or vegan options you find at other locations. They really need to do better.

Clean store, employees weren't too grumpy, which in these days, that's saying something.
