I waited for my order (in the drive through window, then the parking lot, then inside the restaurant) for 35 minutes. They have a young male 14-15 year old working the front all the time by himself. 2 cooks in the back. They said they were “short staffed” to go along with what is going on along with the trying times. No. They do this before all that because I was going here before, they do it to maximize the cash. Also it’s cash only. I’m getting tired of every certain kind of restaurant doing this to avoid paying taxes, employees…
I came here with my boyfriend right before they closed, they gave us dry food and looked like it was old, tortilla was cold and dry, it’s the next day and we still can’t stop throwing up, we definitely got food poisoning. Don’t come here.
Best steak burrito if you use the white queso and red hot sauce.!!!
The burrito was great. The rice and beans weren't very warm, and the tamales were ok but far from the best I've had
I have visited many Mexican restaurants in Siouxland and this one takes the top spot. I typically order a steak burrito, but the menu has a wide variety of options if you're feeling adventurous. Today, I tried the cochinita pibil and it was delicious! Don't forget to ask for their green salsa, it has a tangy yet smooth flavor, almost like it's made with avocado. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food they offer. Definitely the best in the city.
