Dairy Queen - Sioux City

I visited the drive-thru and had a misunderstanding with a young lady on the intercom, who responded quite sharply. It would be great if your staff could improve their customer service skills, as this was really disappointing. It seems like the owners aren't concerned about my $50 purchase, as if money grows on trees these days. I ended up going next door to Sonic, where I received a warm welcome and was happy to spend my $50 there. Please emphasize the importance of respect to your employees. I plan to return to Dairy Queen, but not to the one on Floyd!

I usually enjoy good shakes from this location, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. I always order a hot fudge shake, and last time it tasted almost like vanilla. Thinking it would be the same this time, I requested an extra pump of fudge. Unfortunately, now there’s way too much chocolate. I'm sure if I hadn't asked for the extra pump, it would have been fine. I really wish the staff could agree on the number of pumps that should go into a shake so I can place my order confidently. I'm left feeling disappointed once again because my shake is unappetizing. I don’t like vanilla, and I don’t want an overwhelming amount of chocolate. Given the prices, these mistakes are frustrating.

This Dairy Queen was impressively clean, and my orders were prepared accurately and swiftly. While some may have negative opinions about DQ, I can confidently say that this location on Floyd Blvd is truly exceptional.

My blizzard tasted delectable. I enjoyed every smooth bite of ice cream. I will continue to go to this establishment for as long as I can. My server Sindy did an amazing job at flipping the blizzard. I hope she gets a bonus.
