Adoro parar no Villa Maçã Hamburgueria nas minhas voltas de bicicleta. Esplanada ampla e soalheira, bom serviço e produtos bem confeccionados e de qualidade. O preço é adequado à qualidade e ao local.
Our! I have no words to describe how good the shrimp risotto is. The hamburger was praised throughout the tasting. I don't know who the recipe for the dishes is, I know that it belongs to someone with good taste and I also know that those who prepared it did a great job! One thing I know! The restaurant owner understands good food! We are super positively surprised! I liked it so much, I would eat it all the time! Thank you so much to the people who worked to make these dishes so good. These bosses should be paid in gold... Our! And that dessert! Super delicious! I loved it!
We didn’t use any accommodation so I can’t say anything about rooms unfortunately. But we have a lovely lunch here. Picanha Bife Villa Maçã was spot on. Both of steaks was a very nice cuts and proper portion as well! Both meals come with a side already (rice/chips). Nice view from outside sitting. Saw around a very nice burgers which other order, maybe I will come to try one myself
Absolutely HORRIBLE service ! Stopped by with my family during a family vacation. Stood by the entrance for about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged by the server who had passed by and looked at us 6 times by then. Mind you, he only acknowledged us because I said something. Otherwise, he would have kept on walking by, making eye contact and pretending we weren't even there. The restaurant had about 6 empty tables at that time. When he finally decided to speak to us to direct us to a table I asked to speak to the owner and he said I could not speak to the owner. I insisted and he said the owner was not there. I calmly explained to him we had been standing there for 10 minutes when the restaurant wasn't even full, he passed by us saw us and refused to acknowledge us. He said he needs to prioritize clients who are already seated. I'm fine with that. All he needed to do was acknowledge us and advise he'd be w us as soon as he had a moment. Instead, he neglected the basics of customer service. We walked away and spent 300 euros in the restaurant next door which did the basics only, treat people w the least of respect and consideration. Absolutely disappointed and will never come back.
