Contribuiți la feedbackWe visited ANGRA at the request of our tour guide Duarte, and he was right on. The food there was delicious, the people very pleasant and friendly. But back to the food, I had my vegetable soup, that was heaven in a plate. And my gambas in garlic butter sauce, we’re excellently delicious ….!! If ever I visit SINTRA, I will most definitely stop by for lunch here
We chose this restaurant for dinner because it was right by our hotel. When we arrived and sat down it took forever to get a menu. That definitely should have been a sign. When we finally ordered and we not ordered a soup, a salad and a plate of fries, we had been there for an hour before we received our dishes. Food was just okay so this was a huge waste of time. The only positive was that we got to see the sunset. Stay away.
The fish here was truly excellent and very fresh. My son and I had a half dozen oysters each to start, and found them excellently sweet. We could have kept the bill down by having something less expensive, but what the hell, a man needs his oysters from time to time. My wife enjoyed her vegetable soup, which she followed with an excellent octopus. I had the grilled sea bream which was perfectly cooked and went down a treat. With a few sundries such as bread, olives, etc, plus desserts, it all came to about €105 — pretty good for a family of four who didn't hold back!

We had 1 small sea bream for 2 persons, together with a little plate of cale, potato, carrot, and some haricots for €33,50 The fish was tastefull, but all together it was to little , not really craftmanship, and to expensive for what we got. It's a pity they come away with it...
