Delicate food. Very well presented and tastefully served. quiet and nice

Small restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The boss is friendly and smiling, even offering to translate the menu for us French people. The service time between the order and the arrival of the dishes is very long. Possibly linked to the cooking method (low temperature I think) of the meats. The cooking of red meats and the quality of these are perfect. We will criticize the too fatty side of the accompaniments which are bathed in a background of oil.
