Salute Italiano - Sinking Spring

Salute offers a unique menu that combines traditional dishes with original recipes, creating a delightful culinary experience. The antipasto we tried was generous in portion size and featured a wonderful selection of top-notch cheeses and meats. My main course of branzino in a tomato, white wine, and caper sauce was both unique and delicious. I highly recommend giving Salute a try.

Once again, very pleasant experience, food well prepared and very good. Only disappointment was the bruschetta, it has changed, once very good.

Entrees were all excellent. Appetizers were good. the waitress wasn't familiar with one of the dishes and gave a description that was not accurate. but overall we enjoyed our evening.

The service initially seemed good, but quickly deteriorated. They never cleared our dishes from the table and we had to flag someone down to get the check. However, the food was delicious!

Service was quite slow and the lack of specials for a weekend was disappointing. The food was very rich but was still good despite certain simple meals being unnecessarily over-complicated. The huge downside was what seemed to be the lack of freshness, mainly the pillsbury crescent rolls... C'mon, you are an Italian restaurant...
