Rafas Truck - Singleton Heights

Again I've struck gold... unassuming rafas food truck in a country town car park always sparks my interest... there's also a bit of excitement in the gamble will it produce or disappointed. Rafa did not disappoint. I had topicana on a wrap and it blew my mind. I substituted sweet chilli for the homemade habanero hot sauce which had perfect heat and sweet balance. The chicken was actually a fresh crumbed thick piece of actual chicken breast not some pathetic frozen reconstituted waterlogged thing you get in most pubs and takewaways these days. You know the ones where you are trying to work out where the crumb ends and the chicken actually starts... salad was all crisp and fresh. The wrap was perfect and soft and everything held together in the wrap making for easy eating on the go. chips crispy and salted perfectly.... What can I say Rafa there are world no1 tennis players and world no1 wrap makers keep up the good work!
