Favorite hotel in Singapore!!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Executive club rooms are great with all the perks. Club lounge staff are amazing! Australian hotel staff must come here to learn how to look after their guests!Thanks Furama team for another lovely stay �We will be back�

Great staff, great food and great location. Room standards will be great to after the renovation.

A halal buffet restaurant and the first one I visited ever since the pandemic. Food is good. Though it will be better if they expand the variety and include more items such as seafood. Anyway, their salmon sashimi slices was huge and thick. Definitely worth the price! The durian pengat is also excellent. Good for durian lovers! The other buffet items such as poached chicken, bee hoon goreng, beef rendang, fried chicken wings, desserts, pastries, lamb legs, laksa bee hoon all added up and I had a great time with my friends who went there. They have a coffee machine too. Tea is available for all. Lime juice is free flow too. We went for the 2nd sitting (2pm to 330pm). Had ample seats available for our group of 30 plus pax. Overall, great food, great company. Very welcoming atmosphere. Will come back here again in the future. Thank you!

We flew from Zurich to Singapore arrived around 6am, checked into Furama City Centre around 7am was told might have room around 10am. We were tired after long flight and I tried my luck and asked whether a room was available early. The friendly staff found a room for us before 9am and no extra was charged. Thanks and we will be back.

We couldn't fault this hotel. Excellent in every aspect staff location and service. MRT and Chinatown a few minutes walk from the hotel. We well looked after by all the staff even helping us to celebrate our anniversary by giving us cake and flowers . Thank you Furama and staff. Highly recommend executive upgrade!
