Here’s what we sampled: **Boston Clam Chowder:** This chowder is packed with clams and a variety of ingredients. What impressed me the most was their ability to make a seafood soup without that unpleasant fishy odor that some places have. They completely managed to avoid it, resulting in a wonderfully rich flavor with generous amounts of clam in every spoonful. **Mushroom Stroganoff:** The deep flavor is reminiscent of other mushroom soups, but the standout feature is their generous portions of mushrooms—there are loads of them! I loved tearing off a piece of the accompanying bread and dipping it into this delicious soup; it was such a treat! **Chicken Ham Cheese Brioche:** Using brioche for the sandwich adds a subtle sweetness. It’s stuffed with chicken ham, cheese, arugula, and slices of tomato. I also sensed a touch of mustard spread on the sandwich. I really enjoyed how all the flavors came together. The sweetness of the brioche and the cheese balanced perfectly with the bitterness of the arugula, which I appreciated since I’m not usually fond of bitter vegetables. Although I'm not usually a fan of soup, I must say that The Soup Spoon serves exceptional varieties. I will definitely return the next time I find myself in Singapore!
