Every single dish was really amazing! tried the egg tarts, noodles with luncheon meat, chicken pie, and french toast. the yuan yang was really good too slight downside was that it was a little pricey but overall a good meal
This is the perfect spot for anyone craving some comforting Hong Kong food. I visited specifically to try their macaroni dish, which pleasantly surprised me with its flavorful and thick tomato base, perfectly complementing the soft, tender macaroni. However, having three eggs in one dish felt a bit excessive, and that’s the only imbalance we noticed. The baked pork cutlet rice was decent; the pork was tender and juicy, but the rice was just average and a bit too heavy to finish. The scrambled egg toast with chicken was quite good, with the fried chicken being super juicy and flavorful. However, the toast and the eggs were rather disappointing; the eggs, in particular, could have been runnier and had more flavor. I would definitely return just for the macaroni!
I had lunch here for the first time on a weekend before the dine-in restrictions, and I was really impressed by how affordable and delicious everything was. The staff informed me that they only use fresh chicken thighs for their chicken dishes, and I have to say, it was incredibly crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside—exactly what I look for in a chicken chop! The scrambled eggs that accompanied the dish were fluffy and flavorful as well. I also tried the curry chicken, which was very tender and delicious, with a flavorful curry that wasn't too spicy. The staff provided fantastic service and even offered to refill my curry gravy! A big shoutout to Tai Cheong Bakery for their amazing food at great prices!
I had a wonderful experience at a Hong Kong-style Cha Chaan Teng. The three-egg noodles with luncheon meat were absolutely delightful. I opted for a chicken instead of tomato soup base, and it was flavorful with a nice, medium consistency. The Polo bun with scrambled eggs and chicken cutlet was fantastic! The scrambled eggs had a hint of milk, and the cutlet was fried to perfection without being greasy. The Polo bun is their signature dish, so you can’t go wrong with that!
