Shen Co. (upper Bukit Timah)

I have been visiting this restaurant often because it is conveniently located near Beauty World MRT, close to my home. I adore the cozy atmosphere and the food is fantastic. We had the all day breakfast and grilled chicken ribs, both were delicious. The highlight for me was the Earl Grey and lavender cake, it had the perfect balance of sweetness and a delightful aroma of Earl Grey. This is a wonderful spot to hang out with friends or relax.

Absolutely in love with the food and decor over at this cafe! : Their home-made salted egg fries is a must-tryyy! I lovee the earl grey cake as well! The tinge of earl grey flavour in the cake accompanied with a sip of tea in their exquisite european-looking teapots... Yummeyyyy!! On top of that, the cafe boss is a really nice down to earth guy that genuinely wants to serve his customer well! My first visit there, but definitely not my last! I'll be back for more goodies! :

I just celebrated my friend's birthday here. It was for about 20 people but the staff and owners were so nice and did their best to accommodate our wishes, from food to the decorations. The atmosphere is intimate and cosy, and the food is really good! (We especially loved the rice and pork ribs). Thank you again for having us! Will definitely come back again.

The restaurant has a very unique setting that will transport you back to the 1960s, creating a laid-back and relaxed atmosphere while you enjoy your coffee.

Nostalgic feel when I had lunch today. Wished there was more on menu such as salads or minestrone soups. The mashed potato was really homemade mashed! Could taste the texture. yummy
