Mos Burger - Singapore

I tried the vegetarian burger, and while the salad was initially unavailable, it was brought out later. The two gentlemen running the stall, Chan and Nithan, were friendly and accommodating. They managed the long lines efficiently by preparing food quickly. There's a nearby seating area, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, the flavor could use some enhancement; adding cucumber, tomatoes, and lettuce to the burger would really improve it. I appreciated that I could have a burger without onions or garlic. I prefer my salad mixed into the burger rather than served on the side. As for the salad, there was only one of the two dressing options available, and I chose the sesame dressing. The takeaway line was also busy, with customers able to place orders at a side counter and pick up their food directly. Overall, they made excellent use of the limited space they had.

The table was rather dirty, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff.
