Contribuiți la feedbackIt’s a halal restaurant that served western food. Small but cozy environment. Ordered cheesy grill beef burger, fish and chip, A W float, lamb shank for 4 pax. Thumbs up for Lamb shank, their sauce pair so well with mash potato. Cheese grill beef burger abit overcooked, fish chip is standard. A bit pricey but given the environment and food portion I think is worth it.
Hidden in the middle of the street is a lovely cafe that serves a good range of western food. The duck confit and mushroom soup were very flavourful. They had a salted egg spaghetti dish that was just right: not too rich but still maintained the salted egg flavour.
Located at a corner of arab street, probably will not be seen easily unless you came here before. Initially brought parents here to try out the taiwan restaurant just about 100m away from this shop but that outlet was fully booked. Parents' alternative was western so googled and picked this shop. Its halal certified. Parents long wanted A W root beers while wife ordered same too but ice cream scoop, myself for vanilla coke. As you can see from the photos, all different kind of western each individual 4 of us ordered: chicken cutlet (not bad) fish chip (ok only) lamb shrank rice (very good) grilled beef burger (bit hard) We exchanged some portions amongst ourselves and are quite happy. Am happy when their happy. Its halal and western style and also serve oysters, can plan for another trip here w friends next time. At least 4.5* Payment is automated
Nice ambience, food was ok, price was ok, only for oyster i felt a little steep in price and there no ice. Usually i experience from other place ice filled the plate then top with oyster. But overall a nice place to have a meal. Highly recommended!
The ribeye was a lot and it’ll definitely get you full. If you order the most grams of ribeye it can be shared with two people. The cheesecake was alright. I like the location of the restaurant. Meat was cooked perfectly. I added truffle mayo sauce on the side and truffle oil drizzled on the steak too. I might try the duck options next time I’m there.
