Contribuiți la feedbackThe food was delicious, the service was quick, and the restaurant was cozy. We shared a 1/4 dang gui duck, seaweed tofu, and salted egg lotus root among 3 people and the portion was just right. The only downside was that the rice was a bit pricey at $1.6 per bowl.
I have been to this restaurant multiple times but have never written a review before. The food quality has been consistently good and the service is also satisfactory. However, it tends to get busy during dinner hours, making it difficult to find a server to refill your drink. Despite being busy, the staff will provide good service when asked.
Food is generally good and tasty. The standout for me would be the herbal roast duck. Fragrant dangui gravy and savoury to the palate. Price is above average.
Love the food and the service here. 当归鸭is the signature and everyone who visit here should try it. It’s so good, duck meat is tender and dipped with the chilli sauce bring it to the next level. Tried the assam fish slice too, sauce so tasty and appetising, literally can eat the sauce with white rice. Another personal favourite is the kailan leaves with pork floss, perfect match with rice and highly recommended for people who are not a big fan of veg. Tried stewed yam pork ribs with mushroom, just average,recommended for yam lovers. Always visit here with my family and always craving satisfied!
DXE been very consistent with their standards. The ducks are roasted to perfection, crispy skin succulent meat texture. The Iberico char siew is on the fatty side slightly charred on the outside. No reservations allowed, seating are allowed only when all guests are present.
