Excellent food and great service. expect to pay more than crystal jade kitchen. the 5 dishes below costs $199, but more than enough for 4 pax.

There for pre cny eating with customers and colleagues. the section糕 is so good! my other favorite must be the lobster and nudelgericht! the personal is friendly and attentive! we had a private room, they come now and then to make sure we refilled our tee.

Beautiful selection of Chinese cuisine. 1. try to order the Irish duck with truffles. 2. sautéed bark with black pfeffer sauce. 3. fried white bait is a good starter choice, not too oily. 4. bamboo clams is also well cooked.

Nice ambiance and good service. Very noisy and there's no background music to set the mood. Food is so-so given the price. Beef horfun is very oily and lacked the flavour balance for the dish to be appreciated till the end. The egg tofu with prawns, mushrooms and salted egg was delicate, a good dish to have when you want something light. I will probably not come back as there are restaurants offering similar dishes at a friendlier price.

Went out for lunch with Empress Dowager at Crystal Jade Palace over at Ngee Ann City mall on the recommendation of her friend. Without making any reservations, we approached the reception to leave my number to wait for a table. While waiting, EDow noticed that the reception allowed some walk-in to be seated immediately and she asked the manager how can it be allowed when we had arrived earlier and have the same group size but still had to wait for a table. The manager apologised and quickly prepared a table for us. We ordered up our usual array of Dim Sum dishes and were left feeling confused as some dishes met the mark while others were found more than wanting. The Siew Mai, Har Kow and Siew Yuk were good, while the Century Egg Porridge, Suckling Pig and Egg Tarts were very poor. A dish to highlight and recommend though is the Jellyfish with Pig Ear, a dish that was refreshing and had a nice crunch. General Verdict: A restaurant for Dim Sum fix but not for frequent visit. Stick to only the normal priced items under SG$10 per serving. The poor presentation and bad taste of the expensive dishes made it a very expensive mistake of a visit.
