Common Grill By Collin's (21 Hougang St 51)

I have visited this restaurant numerous times and will keep coming back because the food is absolutely delicious. The sauces are all incredibly rich and flavorful. What I enjoy most is the ability to customize my meal through mix and match options. This personalization is a major draw for me to return. The wait time is always reasonable, even during busy periods. There have been instances when there was a long line ahead of me, but my food still arrived in about 20 minutes, which is quite fast.

The sausage at this restaurant is well-seasoned and comes in a generous portion for only $5.20 as part of the mixed grill promotion. I highly recommend the Combo B mixed grill. However, I was not impressed with the deep-fried items as they were a bit oily and soggy, likely due to the oil not being properly purged by the chef. The spaghetti was average in taste for me, but my friend loved it. The mushroom soup was delicious with breadcrumbs mixed in and just the right level of creaminess.

This restaurant is superior to Collin's. The food has great flavor and is priced well. The fish and chips are good, but I personally prefer a different type of fish than dory.
