Nice ambience, great hangout for family and friends. The baby ribs and pork belly are my personal preference. Overall, a value for money western place in Orchard.

I always enjoyed the cineleisure branch. The staff are friendly, however do pardon them during peak hours as it's obvious they lack manpower. I also love the all day happy hour draft beers, I always enjoy a pint of Stella Artois. Will be back soon!

We ordered two Argentine Black Angus Ribeye Prime Steaks cooked medium, which were served with seasonal vegetables, potato au gratin, pesto cream, and black pepper sauce. While the steaks were a bit overcooked—closer to medium-well—they were still acceptable and juicy. The sides complemented the meal nicely. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, and on an early Saturday evening, there was plenty of space to enjoy our time.

More concerning, though, was that the apple crumble and chocolate lava cake were served cold—not even warm. The chocolate lava cake, while it tasted fine, was cold and lacked the expected molten center. Meanwhile, my apple crumble tasted like it had just come out of the fridge. When we asked the server if this was the usual way they serve desserts, he said he would check, but we never heard back from him. I usually enjoy their food a lot, but it had been a while since my last visit to their outlets, and this was my first time trying their desserts. All in all, it was a bit disappointing.

This location is quite nice. I had the half-rack of ribs, which were tender and accompanied by a delicious BBQ sauce—definitely worth the price. The Parmesan cheese fries were also enjoyable. However, the fish in the fish and chips was dry, and the corn on the cob was underwhelming. The side salad came with a disappointing amount of dressing. The other sides were just okay. The two staff members who served us seemed inexperienced, as they were obviously young teenagers. While there was nothing wrong with their service, it was clear they were unsure about some things. However, they really did try their best.
