Cocobay - Singapore

I attended my friend's son's first birthday celebration at this restaurant, and every dish they served was delicious. They offered Kerala cuisine, and I especially remember the beef roast, mutton stew, and appam.

This is a fantastic restaurant that offers authentic Malayalee and South Indian cuisine at reasonable prices. The Kerala prata was delightfully crispy. The Cocobay special biryani was flavorful and had generous pieces of chicken. The Cocobay special chicken fry was tender and full of flavor, prepared in a traditional ulathu style. The beef curry was also excellent; the beef was cooked perfectly, and the gravy was rich with the taste of coconut. While the service was slow, the staff were very helpful. However, the ambiance of the restaurant fell short, lacking a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

If you’re a fan of South Indian cuisine, especially from Kerala, this is the perfect spot for you. Keep in mind that beef fry isn’t listed on the menu, but you can request it; it's definitely worth trying! My personal favorite is the fish curry meal.

Highly recommended for having Kerala food. The fish fry meals is my favourite.
