Overall good experience all the way from allocating tables for customers to ordering via QR code. Smooth and efficient process. As usual collection of ice creams is quiet broad and quality is good. If planned to visit during weekends or busy times, just write your name and mobile no with reception and walk around the mall until you receive call on table availability.

First time here despite it being in JP for years. Not the best ice cream waffle but it tasted great nevertheless. One thing that struck me was how similar the maple/honey syrup is to McDonald’s. They had barcodes to order via a link but it wasn’t working for us.

Came here with an Eatigo booking which grants 30% off a portion of their menu. Else it’s pretty pricey for a waffle with 2 scoops imo. The waffle was pretty good, passed the knock/crunch test. Ice cream wise : Belgian chocolate won’t go wrong. Cookies and cream was a little too heavy on vanilla imo.

Located at Level 2 of Jurong Point, Andersen's ice cream has a wide range of ice cream flavours to choose from. Apart from the usual ice cream cone, you can also try their creation menu which features fondue, banana spilt, etc. Service was prompt and professional as well.

I ordered the mixed fruit waffles to share. I thought the waffles could be cooked more on the inside because it was a bit wet but perfectly crunchy on the outside. Overall service was excellent by the staff!
