Contribuiți la feedbackGetting a vegan meal at this unique restaurant may require a bit more effort, but it could be worth it for the fresh air and locally grown products. The establishment claims to use chemical-free ingredients. We visited this restaurant with the expectation that an environmentally and socially conscious farm would offer plant-based options, considering "bread" is part of its name. However, when we inquired about vegan items on the menu or modifications without eggs or milk, the servers and cashier were unsure. Eventually, the head chef came out to assist us. He expressed there are different interpretations of veganism and offered us a meal with soybeans, despite our clarification on avoiding all animal products. The South Indian Thali we received was decent and made from plants. Despite the confusion over vegan options, the experience was pleasant overall, especially taking a stroll through the expansive gardens. While the restaurant is worth a visit if you are in the area, it may not be worth a special trip specifically for vegans.
There are limited vegetarian options and only one vegan option available at this restaurant, but the picturesque agricultural setting makes it a destination worth visiting.
It can be a bit challenging to find vegan options at this unique restaurant, but the fresh air and locally sourced, chemical-free products are worth a visit. We were surprised to find limited plant-based options on the menu, and when we asked our server for vegan recommendations, they were unsure and directed us to the cashier. After some confusion, the head chef finally came out to assist us. Although he seemed uncertain about what vegan entailed, he prepared a dish for us. The meal was tasty, and we appreciated the chef's efforts. Overall, the restaurant is worth a visit if you're in the area, but may not be worth a special trip just for vegan options.
