Mcdonald's In Frankl - Simpson County

Employee seemed annoyed with us. Stated there 's only 2 of us back here when we stated, HELLO because no one was coming to take our order. Drive-Thru was jumping, but no one but us were inside. Short staffed.

Ordered a large Dr. Pepper,, they put Pepsi in a medium cup inside of a large cup so there's that ig Everything else was fine though

Staff are friendly enough and food is what you what expect from McDonald’s. However, every single time I come here I am parked at the drive through. No matter how many cars are behind me or how much or little I order, I NEVER receive my food at the window. I am always asked to park and wait for someone to bring the food out to me. This is most likely done to “ improve” their drive through times. Even though the times are really being improved because customers are just waiting in a parking lot. Management needs to be aware of this and fix it. If I wanted to park and wait 5-10 minutes for food I would go to sonic.

I ordered two double cheeseburgers plain while traveling. As I got back on the highway, and took a bite, I could tell they had ketchup on them. I like ketchup but the acid tears my stomach up.
