Swiss Chalet - Simcoe

My husband and I came in at 11:50 to eat for lunch. Honestly waited here for 30 minutes with a 1 year old….. we watched five other couples come in after us get served.Servers even knew we were here and didn’t care to come over.I’m not a server or a waitress so why would I call someone over to come help me . Do your job. My husband finally called a server who was helping people right next to us and beside us. She then said your server will be right out.Such a disgrace and don’t think I’ll ever come back, this was our first time here and will recommend no one to come to this location.

My family and I came to Swiss Chalet in Simcoe and sat for 15 minutes without a server even coming to ask what we would like to have. I’ve looked at 5 other tables that were sat after us get served drinks and food. I literally had to yell and call out a server for someone to come to our table to serve us. This is very poor and unacceptable! Is it because my family is of Color that we cannot get service. Are we being judged!Absolutely Poor Swiss Chalet!

We come often but not lately and our waitress Jamie was excellent. Helpful with the menu. She projected a festive mood and made our dining experience perfect. 10 out of 10.Parking: Was convenient. Whole experience was perfect

Our waitress Jamie is the best. Always on the ball as soon as we walk in the door. Ready with our drinks and always making sure we have everything we need! Awesome job.Kid-friendliness: Grandson love’s coming here for supper. Our waitress Jamie is always very friendly with him and tries to break him out of his shyness. Love it

Great dine in experience! Very busy time and our waitress, Jamie was quick, efficient and kind! Absolutely loved the added touch of her festive outfit!Kid-friendliness: very friendly and kind to all three kids ranging from 4-10. asked them directly what they wanted, was very kind and patient asking and giving them the menu options :)Parking: no issues with parking.
