Culver’s - Silvis

As always you can’t complain with these restaurants. Perfect as always.

Probably the best Culver's in the QC although the one off John Deere Road is pretty close.

One day it was busy I got a cold butter burger cold cheese on top. Today I got crispy chicken with mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles. I think the crispy chicken tastes like the standard frozen crispy chicken sandwiches.

We like to food at Culver's, but what really stood out during this visit was the crew. A young man was getting ready to walk the floor looking to clean up and ran to get the door for an elderly couple. A young lady was very kind to us and gave us free custard! We'll be back.

The last couple of times I have gone there my food has been burnt and this last time they gave me burnt food and forgot my fry. I called to get a refund and they told me I can drive back to get the fry and they can mail me a coupon. They said the only way they can credit me back is by giving me cash. I asked for the manager because the person that answered the phone seemed be confused or unsure of how to fix the issue to which he claimed to be the manager; if that is the manager they need to be better trained.
