Timberline Craft Kitchen Cocktails

It wax overall very good. We enjoyed a good meal with an interesting menu

We had a wonderful meal here. Our family if four shared an appetizer and then we each had an entree. My husband and I enjoyed our cocktails and the kids really enjoyed the cheesecake dessert. The food and service were both excellent and we look forward to coming back again on another trip to Summit country.

The service and drinks at Timberline were great! But, the food was not. Unfortunately the majority of our food was completely flavorless. We started with the Brussels Sprouts. They had been crisped , but not cooked. Other than the few crispy parts on the outside, the inside was completely raw Brussels Sprouts. I got the Black and Blue burger and it was practically tasteless and dry. There was no sauce on it and the only thing I could taste was the blue cheese. I had to ask for ketchup to give it any flavor. Most of the food seemed like the chef was afraid to use salt or any seasonings.

Elk steak was barely warm when it was brought out. The red wine sauce on the steak didn't taste freshly made, and was just poured over the top of the meat. Caesar Salad was over-drenched with dressing. Focaccia was stale. Overall, a disappointing meal.

Great ambience, the server was attentive, drinks and food were excellent. I was really impressed with how many gluten free options they had.
