Pho Bay Ii - Silverthorne

The pho here is excellent, with options like acidified steak, combination, or child-sized. The broth is slightly sweet, but still enjoyable. The Vietnamese coffee is very good, not overly sweet which is my preference. The medium size is quite large compared to other places. Additionally, there is a bar offering wines, vodka, tequila, and whiskey.

The food was delicious and the service was decent. This restaurant in Summit County serves one of the best pho dishes around. I ordered the black feather rolls, a small pho with rare steak, and a Java chip-bob. The spring rolls were served in plastic wrap. I highly recommend trying the pho if you're in the Dillon/Silverthorne area.

This was my first time trying this restaurant and I must say, the food was very tasty. My only complaint was that I was given a glass of water and never asked if I wanted a drink.

Fast and tasty eating though $16 for a small bowl pho and $6 for coffee a bit steep seems friendly service!

It was very soothing to have a big bowl of pho with tendon, brisket and veggies after a day of snowboarding! I like the clear broth and vegetables tofu toppings. The chicken wings with house special fish sauce might be too salty.
