Mountain Lyon Cafe - Silverthorne

We took a break after our overnight ride to the mountains and stopped at Mountain Lyon Cafe, and it did not disappoint! The breakfast tacos and roasted chicken steak were incredibly fresh. The sauce that accompanied the tacos was absolutely amazing! They are also dog-friendly, which was a great perk. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return when we're in the area again.

This restaurant really excels in service! During the Pabst Pond Hockey Tournament, I needed a quick and affordable meal between games, and I was thrilled to find a local diner that offers both home fries and hash browns—what could be better? I appreciated how they took my order and brought the food right to me. Most importantly, the food was served quickly. I also mentioned that they had a food truck at the tournament, and it was fantastic!

This restaurant in Silverthorne is fantastic! It's a wonderful diner where you place your order up front and then find a table. The Breakfast Burrito was a perfect 5/5! I would skip the cookies and gravy, though. Everyone enjoyed the pancakes and hash browns!

Eggs Benedict is definitely that must get article on the menu! Hollandaise Sauce was delicious! The dish comes with ham, but they were kind enough to swallow it with sausage for me. Staff in general was friendly and helpful from the moment we went to the moment we went.

Stoped in for breakfast on our way to steamboat and I'm glad we did. Hands down the best breakfast burrito I have ever had, not kidding the green chili is amazing and I inhaled it was so good. I wish I lived close by I would eat here any chance I could. My wife got eggs Benedict and she loved hers also
