Contribuiți la feedbackI visited this afternoon to pick up lunch for my family and ordered 8 tripa tacos, 6 barbacoa tacos, and 4 asada tacos. I was very disappointed with the quality, especially considering the $60 price tag. The meat was quite dry, particularly the carne asada. The cashier specifically asked if I wanted everything on my tacos, and I said yes, yet there was absolutely no cilantro and very little onion. The green salsa was decent, but the red/orange salsa was unappetizing—lacking salt, pepper, and spice (the red is supposed to be spicy). We ended up using some of our own ingredients at home to make the tacos somewhat enjoyable. We were dealing with a family tragedy and didn't want to cook, so we opted for takeout, but this place was a mistake. Coming from L.A. and San Diego, we know good Mexican food, and I would rate this spot a 2 out of 10.
I visited this restaurant during my trip to Colorado and was thrilled to discover an authentic Mexican spot. The portions were generous, and the food truly satisfied my craving!
The restaurant is quite unusual and located in a rather questionable area. The atmosphere was quite loud with Spanish karaoke and some inappropriate music playing throughout our meal. We were the only diners there, and the food was just mediocre.
They advertise that they're open until 10 PM, but I arrived at 7 PM on a Friday and found the restaurant closed.
The food was absolutely fantastic! It’s the best Mexican cuisine I've had in quite some time. The rice was just right, and I ordered carne asada tacos that were delicious!
