Fiesta Jalisco - Silverthorne

Great Mexican food in the mountains! Yes, it costs more to get the ingredients here, but it is worth it! (If you do not know about included gratuities about a certain party size or bill size that is on the whole menu by the way, you should really touch some grass)

My boyfriend and I randomly stopped by this place like a month ago as we needed to grab food asap but didn’t want fast food, so we happened to see this place and stopped inside. The food was pretty food actually! Though you wouldn’t expect it from how kinda dirty the place is. If they took the time to do a deep clean of the place I’d give it 5 stars. But if you’re in Silverthorne and love Mexican food I’d still give this place a go!

The food was amazing and the service too but I have to say that the food here is overpriced, I get it, the plates are huge but still overpriced, you can fit the same amount of food in a normal size plate. I'm still giving 5 stars because the food really is authentic Mexican food and the meats are good quality.

We're really happy we decided to eat here. It was our final dinner in Keystone, and this was one of the few Mexican restaurants available. The salsa had a nice kick to it, which is something we found hard to come by in Colorado. Both the food and service were excellent.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant – it was a delightful surprise! I ordered the Veggie Fajitas, which were loaded with a variety of vegetables. The salsa was excellent, and the cheese and guacamole were fantastic as well.
