Pizza Hut - Silverdale

I called to place an order and had trouble communicating with the person taking my order because there was a loud, screaming child in the background. It was difficult to hear and understand what she was saying. I was surprised to hear a child in the background, especially when taking orders over the phone.

Richard was great. puller in for a late night pizza and although it was super busy, he offered first-class customer service to all customers and got my torte fast and fast. well done, sir!

Pizza was made perfect, curbside contactless delivery was just as I expected. always happy with pizza hut pizza.

The pizzas are made fresh at this restaurant. However, I found the pizza to be extremely dry and hard. The bread was overly toasted with an excess of sauce and very little cheese. Additionally, I paid extra for a pan pizza and was disappointed by the high cost.

Easily the worst pizza I have ever had. Somehow the dough was not cooked but also cardboard flat. Stuffed crust had no cheese in the crust and cheese on top was only on half the pizza. Specifically asked at pickup whether sauces were in the bag, kid at the counter confirmed but I should have checked before leaving because they were not. Burnt pepperoni were tasty if you took them off the actual pizza. Bread sticks and dessert also undercooked. Won't be going back.
